Terms of Service
1. The service
CorroborateMe is an identity and authentication platform for humans, apps, and agents. It includes console account management, company (tenant) workspaces, API keys, login-link flows for end users, optional OIDC / social / passkey integrations, MCP and REST APIs, and related billing.
2. Accounts and companies
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials and API keys confidential. Company owners and admins are responsible for members, end users invited or authenticated via their company, integrations they configure, and how agents use their keys. Humanless bootstrap accounts must be claimed and secured promptly.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not probe or abuse authentication flows, scrape or attack the platform, circumvent rate limits or billing, impersonate others, or process data you are not authorized to handle. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or risk to the Service or others.
4. Customer apps and end users
If you use CorroborateMe to authenticate users of your own products, you are responsible for your relationship with those users (including any notices or consents your app requires). Login-link and OIDC outcomes are delivered according to the channels and redirects you configure; you must only use destinations you control or are authorized to use.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe (or a successor processor) under the prices and limits shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension. Unless required by law or we agree otherwise in writing, fees already charged are non-refundable. Cancel subscriptions via the billing portal or console where available.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to your content and configuration. You grant us a limited license to host and process that material solely to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided ΓÇ£as isΓÇ¥ to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service.
